Fintellect program focuses on BFSI and Accounting domain jobs. These include AR/AP process associates, Accounting jobs, Banking jobs (Operations, Sales, Wealth Management), AML/KYC operations in IB and Custodian services, Demat & Investor servicing, Financial Research analyst.

Graduates in B.Com, BBA and Post Graduates in M.Com and MBA/PGDM can apply for this program. Students in their final year of the above programs can also apply for this program.

Yes, a non-commerce graduate (BTech, BSc, BA, etc) can also apply for the program. As mentioned, the program provides a balanced development which includes job readiness. However, there will be a pre-assessment personal counselling/test to be taken up before enrolment. This will enable the candidate to understand the preparedness to take up a finance-related job.

Yes, the program is designed to enable a candidate to clear interviews. Being a fresher, interview skills are very essential and the Fintellect program will facilitate you to clear interviews with ease.

Yes, you are eligible to join the program. Please visit our office. We will conduct a pre-screening evaluation to guide you better in this aspect. This will enable the candidate to understand the preparedness to take up a finance-related job, after having a gap of a few years.

Yes, working professionals having work experience up to 24 months are eligible to join the program. Course timings for the working professional will be on weekends.

We normally entertain working professionals up to 24 months of experience. Since you have more than 24 months of experience, we will have to understand the nature of your current job to evaluate if you could join our program. Let us know your convenient time to speak with you in person/over the phone and understand your current job and the scope of career enhancement.

It’s a 125+ hours integrated program. It’s spread over 8 weeks (about 60 days) for weekday batches. Daily 5 hours of training will be provided for 4 days a week. For college final year students (Graduates/Post Graduates), the program is scheduled for 2 hours a day (evening). The program will be structured/customized keeping in mind the college/semester exams.

To ensure that a candidate speaks fluently and effectively in the interview, we will help the student start at the basic level and ensure to facilitate them with relevant sentence structures to ease their communication. We have designed the program to have activities conducted daily, which will ensure that there is more (and daily) practice to improve your English speaking skills.

Yes, interview skills are included in the program One of the key elements in a successful interview is the relevant domain skills. However, a student with a high percentage of marks in domain subjects will not necessarily land himself/herself on to the job. The student must exhibit confidence, personality and correct body language to get the job. As part of Fintellect program, we have arranged for sessions in various soft skills and necessary resume preparation sessions to help the candidates face the interviews boldly. First appearances are often the best (or more striking) impressions. We train you on how to present yourself in the interview in terms of body language, attire, eye contact, etc. Interview skills (Soft skills & Interview Preparation) covers -

Yes, we provide customised placement assistance services as part of the program. Our dedicated placement team has a strong industry network. Once the students have completed their mock interviews and successfully cleared the Assessment Test, they will be included in our placement pool. Our placement services team will evaluate the mock/assessment scores and show-case the candidates to the respective hiring companies and arrange for appropriate interviews.

Once the schedule for the interview is finalized we will re-prep them with a refresher class and walk them through the interview process.

While there is no job guarantee, we do offer placement assurance. We are committed to give you at least 3 placement interviews relevant to the skill set. Though we believe in second chances in life, we will strive to make each of the students ready and be a Job-Winner in their first attempt itself.
